For the next 40 days, we will commit to prayer and fasting as we position ourselves to step into 2026 rooted firmly in God’s Kingdom.

As you remain grounded in Him, your year will be established in faith, peace, and strength, unshakeable in every season.

Guidance for Soul Detox

Fasting

During Soul Detox, we seek God and consecrate ourselves through fasting and prayer. We have divided the type of fast into four stretches.

Prayer

Join us every day, for the next 40 days as we pray together. Prayer will be on Zoom, from 5am - 6am GMT.

Detox

During this time, we also abstain from social media and secular entertainment, i.e. TV shows, secular music, to name a few. This is to detox our soul to hear God clearly and start 2026 well.
