Welcome to Soul Detox Guide 2025!

This year, our focus is Zoe: Zao, fullness of life in Christ. Christ tells us in scripture that He died that we might have life and have it more abundantly and that is the life we are after. We are spending 40 days praying and fasting for our 2025, that we will live a full life in Christ.

Guidence for Soul Detox

Fasting

During Soul Detox, we seek God and consecrate ourself through fasting and prayer. We have divided the type of fast into four stretches.

Prayer

Join us every day, for the net 40 days as we pray together. Prayer will be on Zoom, from 5am - 6am.

Detox

During this time, we also abstain from social media and secular entertainment, i.e. TV shows, secular music, to name a few. This is to detox our soul to hear God clearly and start 2025 well.
